University of Maryland Extension & Penn State Extension are hosting a Food For Profit training on March 26, 2013 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. It will be held at the Chesapeake College Economic Development Center (EDC 27), located at Route 50 and 213, Wye Mills MD 21679.
This training is an overview of how to start and successfully operate a small food product business. A DHMH sanitarian will also be in attendance to explain in detail what is needed to comply with the regulations to create safe, legal food products in Maryland.
