Cultivating Community: A Fundraiser for Maryland Market Money-September 28

Join the Maryland Farmers Market Association on September 28 from 5pm-8pm at the Artifact Coffee Courtyard (1500 Union Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21211) for “Cultivating Community: A Fundraiser for Maryland Market Money“.

The evening  will feature local food, drinks, music, and celebration as we come together to support “Maryland Market Money,” a statewide program that offers low-income households additional funds to purchase fresh, healthy food at farmers markets! All funds raised will go directly to Maryland residents to spend with local farmers.

Tastes from wonderful local food producers and purveyors who all have connections to Maryland’s farmers markets will be available for all through-out the evening, generously provided by: Woodberry KitchenDooby’s CoffeeAtwatersHawks Hill Creamery, Shepherds Manor CreameryFarm Alliance of Baltimore CityCalvert’s Gift Farm, Charlottetown FarmGertrude’s RestaurantThe Wild PeaUnion Craft Brewing, and MillStone Cellars.

Local band Rattlewood will share their well-loved Americana music.

A brief program will take place between 6-6:30pm.
